Chummie premium has 8 loud alert ‘Selectable Tones’, so you can set the alarm to your favorite tone each night. The alarm features 2 volume levels designed both for regular and deep sleepers. With two visible bright lights and vibration, Chummie Premium is a parent favorite. This alarm is powered with a soft, flexible, hypoallergenic silicon sensor that detects the first drop of urine and does not cause skin rash.
No worries. Chummie Premium can be easily setup by a child fours year and above. Multiple functionalities are put into one easy to use button known as the 3-way switch which lets you change the features on the alarm. We recommend you go over the manual step by step with your child to them used to the alarm.
Batteries on the Chummie Premium Alarm should last through the life of the treatment. When the IntelliFlex sensor is disconnected during daytime storage, the batteries should last a year or longer. However in a rare case when the batteries are low, they can be replaced in no time at all. The Chummie Premium uses 2 AAA batteries.
Most definitely, the IntelliFlex Sensor on the Chummie Alarms is recommended to be cleaned after each use. Please ensure the sensor is dry, prior to reconnecting it to the alarm.
Each box consists of 60 Flexitapes. Additional Flexitapes can be purchased separately. You can contact us at (800)230-6775 if you prefer to order over the phone.
• Attach the sensor to the outside of your child’s undergarment. Ensure that sensor front (black face) touches the undergarment. Tape the sensor back (white face) with Flexitape.
• DO NOT tape the black surface of the sensor as shown below.
• If your child sweats at night, to avoid false alarms, tape the sensor and place between two pairs of undergarments. Sensor front must face your child. Run sensor cord underneath the shirt.
• To start monitoring for bedwetting events, insert the sensor plug into the sensor jack. The alarm unit will beep twice signaling a successful connection has been established.
The alarm is loud enough to wake up the child. Whether the alarm can be heard in the adjacent room, depends on many factors such as the size of the room, distance between both rooms and the location of your child’s bed.
Sure, the alarm works for children who sleep on their tummy, back or sideways. The way your child sleeps shouldn’t impact the treatment. If you have a specific question, please reach one of our bedwetting specialists.

The chummie was a good purchase for my daughter. It has helped her to a point where she no longer needs an alarm to sleep dry throughout the night. IT was a painful process at first as it woke me and not her. I had to wake up several times at night and started getting bothered as she would not wake up at all. I wanted to return the product, but the return window had expired (30 days) and so I decided to contact the manufacturer. They were helpful and explained that this is a normal process for the child not to wake up at first and for parents to wake up the child. They sent me some tips on how to change the alarm tones and volume to help her not get used to any one sound. It worked! One day, she stopped bedwetting and hasn’t done it since. She is still a deep sleeper, but has not wet the bed in over 5 months now. This is a good purchase and one that worked very well for my daughter.

It took 58 days to record 14 dry nights. At times we had 7 straights nights, but then he would wake up and wet. But over time, he has adapted and stopped wetting. The product is well built and effective. The sensor is durable and comfortable. The customer support is probably the best there is out there.

I should have purchased the chummie earlier. Shes only 6, but at age 5, she suddenly started wetting at night. I was hoping that it would stop as abruptly as it started, but that didn’t happen. Exactly a year later, I bought the chummie and am happy to day that she is not wetting at night anymore. It was easy to use and started working well the first night. Almost like magic.

I wish I had used this as a child, it worked wonders for my 3 boys! There is nothing better than the one drop detection sensor! I may be a little too excited for this, but you have to understand to over sized diapers, the dry sheets, the plastic sheets, and the ‘never knowing’ whether tonight would be a good night or not.
I’m so happy my kids don’t have to go through what I did and my son, age 5, hasn’t had an issue in 9 months! If you’re a parent who care about your child- please do them the favor of buying this. You won’t regret it!
UPDATE: Just wanted to add that we used this for about a week or two off and on and not again because my son stopped leaking in his pants. We still has an occasional leak, but nothing like before. We will start to use this at night in a couple more months.

This is probably the best purchase of my life. I personally did not read much of the instructions but instead called customer support. Not only did they provide me with tips via email, but they also took the time to understand the problem, my son’s situation and proposed a strategy to beat bedwetting.At first the alarm made me crazy but he wouldn’t hear it, then he started waking me up to shut it off. After less than 1 week of regular use, my 12 year old son started to wake up to the chummie. After 10 days, he stopped wetting 4 times a night and started having accidents every other night. After using the chummie bedwetting alarm for 6 weeks and already he has had a 2 full week of dryness! He no longer needs to use the alarm.
We are so excited and so is my 6 year old son. The alarm worked perfectly and was just the incentive and confidence he needed to give up the pull ups without fear. We are now about four month after the use, and we have not had one accident. Thanks for a great product!

Its not a miracle pill. It has limitations. My daughter dropped it in the toilet at night and I contacted the company for warranty. They said that it was not covered under warranty. Now I am halfway through the progress and she has had 8 dry nights. But I am stuck with something that doesn’t work Help!

It has been about 3 weeks now since we have purchased the system and my 6-year-old has not had an accident at night where we have needed to change the bedding in over 2 weeks. Now he is sleeping through the night 6 out of 7 days a week without waking up to use the restroom and the sensor has not even gone off in the last 2 weeks.
