Chummie Premium Bedwetting Alarm is our Staff’s “#1 Recommended Alarm”. The technology rests in the patented soft IntelliFlex sensor that takes the body shape providing maximum comfort all night long. This sensor has a much larger urine detection area than other clip sensors, so your child won’t miss another bedwetting accident. The alarm and sensor are both equipped with latest technology that allows quicker detection.
This alarm can be easily programmed in under 30 seconds with a 3-in-1 program switch. This award winning Chummie Premium Alarm is widely recommended by pediatricians to stop nighttime bedwetting (nocturnal enuresis) permanently in children ages 4 and older. The volume on the alarm unit can be set to alert both regular and deep sleepers. Normally the alarm can be attached to a pajama top with a snap-on clip (included), however for added comfort we recommended the use of the Comfy-Armband™ which can be purchased separately.
The box includes 60 flexitapes, we recommend purchasing a spare in advance so that you don’t run out. This is the same retail box that is available in retail stores. Call our toll free number at (800)230-6775 to order over the phone now.

Chummie premium has 8 loud alert ‘Selectable Tones’, so you can set the alarm to your favorite tone each night. The alarm features 2 volume levels designed both for regular and deep sleepers. With two visible bright lights and vibration, Chummie Premium is a parent favorite. This alarm is powered with a soft, flexible, hypoallergenic silicon sensor that detects the first drop of urine and does not cause skin rash.
No worries. Chummie Premium can be easily setup by a child fours year and above. Multiple functionalities are put into one easy to use button known as the 3-way switch which lets you change the features on the alarm. We recommend you go over the manual step by step with your child to them used to the alarm.
Batteries on the Chummie Premium Alarm should last through the life of the treatment. When the IntelliFlex sensor is disconnected during daytime storage, the batteries should last a year or longer. However in a rare case when the batteries are low, they can be replaced in no time at all. The Chummie Premium uses 2 AAA batteries.
Most definitely, the IntelliFlex Sensor on the Chummie Alarms is recommended to be cleaned after each use. Please ensure the sensor is dry, prior to reconnecting it to the alarm.
Each box consists of 60 Flexitapes. Additional Flexitapes can be purchased separately. You can contact us at (800)230-6775 if you prefer to order over the phone.
• Attach the sensor to the outside of your child’s undergarment. Ensure that sensor front (black face) touches the undergarment. Tape the sensor back (white face) with Flexitape.
• DO NOT tape the black surface of the sensor as shown below.
• If your child sweats at night, to avoid false alarms, tape the sensor and place between two pairs of undergarments. Sensor front must face your child. Run sensor cord underneath the shirt.
• To start monitoring for bedwetting events, insert the sensor plug into the sensor jack. The alarm unit will beep twice signaling a successful connection has been established.
The alarm is loud enough to wake up the child. Whether the alarm can be heard in the adjacent room, depends on many factors such as the size of the room, distance between both rooms and the location of your child’s bed.
Sure, the alarm works for children who sleep on their tummy, back or sideways. The way your child sleeps shouldn’t impact the treatment. If you have a specific question, please reach one of our bedwetting specialists.

She’s been dry for 3 weeks now and we stopped using this product last week per instructions. Called the company to ask if they had suggestions. They are friendly and helpful. 3 cheers to you guys. Awesome product. It has changed my daughters life for the better … forever.

We tried a couple different medicines, restricted fluids, woke him in the middle of the night to pee… There were times that he would not wet the bed for a few days but without fail he would start again. All til we got Chummie and we have never looked back. This is a great system that works and works well. We love it. Has stopped bedwetting in 4 weeks straight….

I was so sick of waiting to see if our son would outgrow his bedwetting. And he was already 5 and we were tired of changing sheets and buying Good nights. We were skeptical at first about the alarm, but after reading all the positive reviews we decided it was worth the investment and it was.

The alarm worked wonders for my family, not just my son. I was getting worried that this nightmare would never stop and that he would live like this forever. Enter chummie, our life saver, life changer. He started using it with much resistance on his 11th birthday. He said “I have a problem and this is for kids.” He was right and right. He is a kid with a problem. Started using chummie and he never looked back. Within weeks, he was motivated to use it by himself and continue to do so till he stopped to wet the bed. It did take some more time than what others have mentioned on this site. Most parents have said that their child stopped in about 8 weeks, but their child was younger. My son stopped in about 11 weeks. What matters is not how much time it took him, but that he stopped wetting. Yes, it was a relief for me and my family. We love chummie. It has changed our lives forever

Over the past few nights we’ve had a positive experience with chummie. The best part about the alarm is that it actually starting to wake him up. It is easy to get back to monitoring especially in the middle of the night after he has wet the bed – which he does several times. It’s only been a few weeks he used it, but he woke up last two nights before the alarm went off to use the bathroom. I’m super excited and this has prompted me to write the review. I think another few weeks and he will be done. I am so excited.

My wife stumbled upon chummie pretty much by accident. Our son has been bedwetting for years and he inherited this from me. I remember when I was a child how I dread sleeping at night just so I didn’t have to wake up in the morning soaking wet. I relived my painful experience in him. But I didn’t know what to do and my wife after 9 years of our son wetting every night decided to take matters into her own hands (which is a good thing). She researched all over and found alarms to be a safe approach to bedwetting, although it has its issues with being a slow paced approach (which I will come to a bit later).
The device itself is tiny. Its smaller than my sons palm and the instructions are detailed. The first time I tested it, I put some water on the sensor pad. It started beeping like no tomorrow. I removed the sensor, but it didn’t stop. I had to pull out the batteries. I thought the device has malfunctioned and immediately called support. They were prompt and explained that the device uses a 2-step approach to be turned off. They also walked me through setup and adjustment.
My son was not nervous, but my younger boy was, so we had him sleep in a different room. I read many reviews about how parents were excited when their child stopped wetting the bed in 8 weeks. My son took longer. It has taken him 78 days (11 weeks) to reach the 14-dry night milestone. I am not sure why this happened. Maybe because he sleeps hard or maybe because the holidays have started and he is sleeping at different times. But the results he has experienced are consistent with others who have used the product.I rarely make recommendations, but I insist that parents first learn that this process does indeed take time and you will need to wake up for several weeks to help your child. This is not a miracle. It is science at work. But overall, a blessing for our family.
