Chummie premium has 8 loud alert ‘Selectable Tones’, so you can set the alarm to your favorite tone each night. The alarm features 2 volume levels designed both for regular and deep sleepers. With two visible bright lights and vibration, Chummie Premium is a parent favorite. This alarm is powered with a soft, flexible, hypoallergenic silicon sensor that detects the first drop of urine and does not cause skin rash.
No worries. Chummie Premium can be easily setup by a child fours year and above. Multiple functionalities are put into one easy to use button known as the 3-way switch which lets you change the features on the alarm. We recommend you go over the manual step by step with your child to them used to the alarm.
Batteries on the Chummie Premium Alarm should last through the life of the treatment. When the IntelliFlex sensor is disconnected during daytime storage, the batteries should last a year or longer. However in a rare case when the batteries are low, they can be replaced in no time at all. The Chummie Premium uses 2 AAA batteries.
Most definitely, the IntelliFlex Sensor on the Chummie Alarms is recommended to be cleaned after each use. Please ensure the sensor is dry, prior to reconnecting it to the alarm.
Each box consists of 60 Flexitapes. Additional Flexitapes can be purchased separately. You can contact us at (800)230-6775 if you prefer to order over the phone.
• Attach the sensor to the outside of your child’s undergarment. Ensure that sensor front (black face) touches the undergarment. Tape the sensor back (white face) with Flexitape.
• DO NOT tape the black surface of the sensor as shown below.
• If your child sweats at night, to avoid false alarms, tape the sensor and place between two pairs of undergarments. Sensor front must face your child. Run sensor cord underneath the shirt.
• To start monitoring for bedwetting events, insert the sensor plug into the sensor jack. The alarm unit will beep twice signaling a successful connection has been established.
The alarm is loud enough to wake up the child. Whether the alarm can be heard in the adjacent room, depends on many factors such as the size of the room, distance between both rooms and the location of your child’s bed.
Sure, the alarm works for children who sleep on their tummy, back or sideways. The way your child sleeps shouldn’t impact the treatment. If you have a specific question, please reach one of our bedwetting specialists.

It totally works. we bought the alarm after reading reviews. It took us one week of going to the bathroom nearly three times a night and then it was one or two times a night and finally after one more week we actually stopped taking her and she goes by herself when she wakes up.

This is a wonderful product. I recommend it to everyone who deals with bedwetting kids. Bed-wetting was very distressing and embarrassing for my 6 year old daughter. Her older siblings didn’t have this problem, so I was confused how to deal with it. Our doctor suggested we try a bed alarm so we ordered this product. I started using the alarm on her in mid-January and started seeing progress immediately. She is a heavy sleeper. You could lift him up and shake her wildly but even that would not wake her up. Being a very heavy sleeper, we had to wake her up a few times on the first night as she slept through the alarm, which is quite normal as it takes some time to understand what’s going on and get used to the alarm. After the first week, she was waking up on her own. Her first dry night was on day 9 of using the alarm. We were amazed at how effective it was for her. It has been about two weeks since she stopped wetting and she has not had a single accident since. The alarm is loud; I preferred using the lower setting for volume for her. Chummie is an excellent product that is very easy to use and worth every penny. I only wish it were a wireless unit. It’s not that the wire is uncomfortable or the sensor has a problem, but a wireless unit could be placed anywhere, even in my bedroom and I could hear I go off. Anyway, the alarm has worked wonders and he has woken her up every time she wet at night. Chummie delivers on its promises. It has really boosted her confidence and the only regret we have is that we wish we had tried it sooner. I would highly recommend trying the Chummie.

This Alarm has changed potty training for us! We purchased this alarm because my 6-year-old son was having accidents nearly every night. I am so happy that I bought it. Once my son began using the alarm, positive results started occurring after two weeks and he is officially dry every night now and has been for four months.
