Box Contents:Chummie premium alarm unit, Intelliflex sensor, snap-on clip, Flexitapes, progress chart, user manual, 2 AAA batteries, achievement certificate & registration card.

Chummie Premium Bedwetting Alarm is our Staff’s “#1 Recommended Alarm”. The technology rests in the patented soft IntelliFlex sensor that takes the body shape providing maximum comfort all night long. This sensor has a much larger urine detection area than other clip sensors, so your child won’t miss another bedwetting accident. The alarm and sensor are both equipped with latest technology that allows quicker detection.
This alarm can be easily programmed in under 30 seconds with a 3-in-1 program switch. This award winning Chummie Premium Alarm is widely recommended by pediatricians to stop nighttime bedwetting (nocturnal enuresis) permanently in children ages 4 and older. The volume on the alarm unit can be set to alert both regular and deep sleepers. Normally the alarm can be attached to a pajama top with a snap-on clip (included), however for added comfort we recommended the use of the Comfy-Armband™ which can be purchased separately.
The box includes 60 flexitapes, we recommend purchasing a spare in advance so that you don’t run out. This is the same retail box that is available in retail stores. Call our toll free number at (800)230-6775 to order over the phone now.

Chummie premium has 8 loud alert ‘Selectable Tones’, so you can set the alarm to your favorite tone each night. The alarm features 2 volume levels designed both for regular and deep sleepers. With two visible bright lights and vibration, Chummie Premium is a parent favorite. This alarm is powered with a soft, flexible, hypoallergenic silicon sensor that detects the first drop of urine and does not cause skin rash.
No worries. Chummie Premium can be easily setup by a child fours year and above. Multiple functionalities are put into one easy to use button known as the 3-way switch which lets you change the features on the alarm. We recommend you go over the manual step by step with your child to them used to the alarm.
Batteries on the Chummie Premium Alarm should last through the life of the treatment. When the IntelliFlex sensor is disconnected during daytime storage, the batteries should last a year or longer. However in a rare case when the batteries are low, they can be replaced in no time at all. The Chummie Premium uses 2 AAA batteries.
Most definitely, the IntelliFlex Sensor on the Chummie Alarms is recommended to be cleaned after each use. Please ensure the sensor is dry, prior to reconnecting it to the alarm.
Each box consists of 60 Flexitapes. Additional Flexitapes can be purchased separately. You can contact us at (800)230-6775 if you prefer to order over the phone.
• Attach the sensor to the outside of your child’s undergarment. Ensure that sensor front (black face) touches the undergarment. Tape the sensor back (white face) with Flexitape.
• DO NOT tape the black surface of the sensor as shown below.
• If your child sweats at night, to avoid false alarms, tape the sensor and place between two pairs of undergarments. Sensor front must face your child. Run sensor cord underneath the shirt.
• To start monitoring for bedwetting events, insert the sensor plug into the sensor jack. The alarm unit will beep twice signaling a successful connection has been established.
The alarm is loud enough to wake up the child. Whether the alarm can be heard in the adjacent room, depends on many factors such as the size of the room, distance between both rooms and the location of your child’s bed.
Sure, the alarm works for children who sleep on their tummy, back or sideways. The way your child sleeps shouldn’t impact the treatment. If you have a specific question, please reach one of our bedwetting specialists.

We’ve tried every trick in the book or any article to help him stay dry. Only Chummie has worked. Thanks!

I was extremely frustrated when my daughter was wetting. Every morning I had to deal with laundry and its hard when you have to go to work early. She started getting depressed and my husband found a book that recommended using a bedwetting alarm and medication in combination to tackle this problem. We don’t give meds to 6 year old’s so we decided to give this product a try.
The alarm does its job, and must I say very well. However, I realized over course of the time that she used it that is very important to correctly use the product and motivate children.
The product came with a cute calendar and certificate. She colored the calender in the mornings and I told her “You can color more if you are a good girl and don’t wet at night”. It worked..
She wanted to get dry and I was very happy to see the progress shes made.
In all, she took about 9 weeks to stop wetting the bed. The product has positively impacted us and shes completely outgrown the problem she had.

The first week, our son woke up to the alarm at night about 3 nights and there was no stopping back. He was motivated, we were excited and alarm was extremely helpful. In about 2 weeks, he started having successive dry nights. Now, he has stopped using the alarm and has not had a wet night in 3 weeks.

The alarm worked wonders for my little boy. He just turned 4 and I have been reading up on bedwetting since he was 3. Many parents here have said that their kid was 8 or even 14 and they just wished they had used these products before. I didn’t want my little boy to have to go through the problem. Just a few weeks after he turned 4, I got a Chummie. I got it for several reasons. The unit looks nice and feels something my son can relate to and the reviews on the company’s customer service are impressive.
First of all, be prepared because this is one loud unit. But don’t let that scare you. My boy would scream if the alarm woke him up with a loud noise in the middle of the night. I sent an email to the company and to my surprise a live person actually called ma back within the hour and spoke to me at length explaining what I had to do and how I should start the treatment. They explained a priming technique which was very useful. Basically they suggest that you change alarm beeps every night so your child will not get used to any one sound. Once he starts having dry nights, then one should keep the same alarm tone and over time turn off vibration. Yes, this vibrates very strongly. The sensor part is great. Probably the best part of the product. At his age, I wanted something very delicate so I didn’t chose other products out there. But I did buy an extra sensor in case one got lost or damaged. In the time I used the alarm, I realized the benefit of the spare sensor is really convenience. I didn’t have to spend 2 minutes washing and cleaning sensors 3 times a night.
My son started with Chummie and was doing very well till he got hit with flu. He was down for about 2 weeks during which time he started wetting and lost a lot of the progress he had made. To my surprise, he started back and in 4 days was where he had left out. Not counting the two weeks he was ill, the alarm took about 11 weeks to make him stop having to sleep in a wet bed. In 11 weeks, he was dry, dry, dry…. I think he will not wet the bed again.

Our child is an extremely heavy sleeper. This alarm wakes her about 50% of the time. Not working for her according to our expectations.

A very good alarm that has helped my son and out family. The directions are easy to understand, and set up is straightforward. Be careful when you are making adjustments to the volume and tones as that will require you to read through a section carefully.

I only wish that they sold a spare witht he alarm. I really don’t like having to clean the sensor twice at night.
Other than that, its a solid product.

Was dependent on pullups till one night I ran out of them. That’s when I knew he couldn’t go on like this forever. He is 7, but still wetting on a every other night basis. The alarm shipped quickly and when it arrived, I told my son what to expect and what to do. It’s not magic, but science. He understood and we rehearsed a few times. Setup was really very easy. I was not surprised that it went off so many times in the middle of the night. He was soaking wet when he woke up in diapers though. One thing important to note is that using this alarm with a diaper caused some alarms to sound. Its sweat from his body that made the alarm go off. The company’s customer support said that its best not to use diapers and just continue to use the system as is. Well, that’s what I did and am so proud that he is not bed-wetting anymore. Works well if instructions are followed. Patience is needed.

I would call it perfect solution for bedwetting. But sometimes it just went off for no reason at all. We didn’t see any sweat, no urine, nothing, but it went off.
