Chummie premium has 8 loud alert ‘Selectable Tones’, so you can set the alarm to your favorite tone each night. The alarm features 2 volume levels designed both for regular and deep sleepers. With two visible bright lights and vibration, Chummie Premium is a parent favorite. This alarm is powered with a soft, flexible, hypoallergenic silicon sensor that detects the first drop of urine and does not cause skin rash.
No worries. Chummie Premium can be easily setup by a child fours year and above. Multiple functionalities are put into one easy to use button known as the 3-way switch which lets you change the features on the alarm. We recommend you go over the manual step by step with your child to them used to the alarm.
Batteries on the Chummie Premium Alarm should last through the life of the treatment. When the IntelliFlex sensor is disconnected during daytime storage, the batteries should last a year or longer. However in a rare case when the batteries are low, they can be replaced in no time at all. The Chummie Premium uses 2 AAA batteries.
Most definitely, the IntelliFlex Sensor on the Chummie Alarms is recommended to be cleaned after each use. Please ensure the sensor is dry, prior to reconnecting it to the alarm.
Each box consists of 60 Flexitapes. Additional Flexitapes can be purchased separately. You can contact us at (800)230-6775 if you prefer to order over the phone.
• Attach the sensor to the outside of your child’s undergarment. Ensure that sensor front (black face) touches the undergarment. Tape the sensor back (white face) with Flexitape.
• DO NOT tape the black surface of the sensor as shown below.
• If your child sweats at night, to avoid false alarms, tape the sensor and place between two pairs of undergarments. Sensor front must face your child. Run sensor cord underneath the shirt.
• To start monitoring for bedwetting events, insert the sensor plug into the sensor jack. The alarm unit will beep twice signaling a successful connection has been established.
The alarm is loud enough to wake up the child. Whether the alarm can be heard in the adjacent room, depends on many factors such as the size of the room, distance between both rooms and the location of your child’s bed.
Sure, the alarm works for children who sleep on their tummy, back or sideways. The way your child sleeps shouldn’t impact the treatment. If you have a specific question, please reach one of our bedwetting specialists.

It has been exactly 2 months since my boy used Chummie and I am proud to say that he is no longer a bedwetter. The alarm has helped him tremendously. It has helped boost his self confidence and there is a definate positive improvement in his attitude. Granted, it is a little annoying for parents to wake up and then in turn wake up your child for the first 2-3 weeks, but after that, its a good night’s bed sleep for the complete family. I love that there is no more pee on the mattress and we are now saving several hundred dollars on laundry just because we got this alarm. Its really a blessing for the whole family.

This thing is pure magic. My 9 year old wet the bed consistently every night, and not just once a night but would go a little bit multiple times a night. He is a very deep sleeper and a slow mover. We had tried so many things (no water late in the day, wake him up during the night to go, etc) and nothing worked, he would still wake up in the morning all wet. My friend suggested this and I was very skeptical. The first few nights it went off multiple times a night and he slept right through every one. I thought there is no way this thing is going to work. But by 2 weeks it was only beeping once or so a night. Then after about another week he would wake up with that one beep and make it to the toilet. It’s now been a few months and he hasn’t used it in weeks and weeks and hasn’t had a single accident. This is the best product ever!

This is amazing. I have seen so much progress in just a few days. She is getting up to the alarm and she is able to get through the night without peeing the bed. It has helped us all incredibly. Although the alarm is easy to use, its best to try it out a few times before actually using it. The first night it went off and I was confused how to turn it off. I ran to her room and struggled to turn it off. My solution was to remove the battery. In the morning, my daughter and I practiced it and things are going smoothly. It is a cool solution that actually works. Recommended, but for parents who are willing to assist with children’s problems. If you want to sleep soundly at night this treatment is not for you. Be prepared to wake up and help your child change and clean for a few weeks. Other than that, this is a great device.

Both my son and daughter had problems with bed wetting and the chummie has cured them!
My son is now 11. He has been having nightly accidents for 9 years. I had read other reviews that said their child got cured in 7-10 weeks and I told myself “This won’t apply to my son, he’s 11 years old. It will take several months to work, that is if it does, but I’ll give it a try.” I was so wrong. This product had him trained in about 3 weeks!!! I can’t tell you how much confidence and happiness he has now. He spent Thanksgiving over with my parents and has had a number of sleepovers also.
After my son stopped using it, we tried it on our daughter. She is only 7 years old, but is just as heavy a sleeper as him. The first two weeks, she woke up constantly and lost a lot of sleep. Now, 6 weeks later, things are so much better. She has had several dry nights, but occasionally she will have an accident. The instructions state that 14 dry nights are needed to stop using the product. She has 2-3 dry nights, then an accident. I called the manufacturer and they said that this is excellent progress and that she would eventually get over the problem as all signs point in the right direction. Last night was her 11th consecutive dry night. With only 3 more nights to go, I am certain this is as good as it gets. She’s going to stop wetting. Finally all of us can relax. One less thing to worry about.
The chummie has worked well for both my children. I wish my parents had this alarm for me when I was growing up!

We purchased this system for our son who is a very deep sleeper. It is a brilliant device that lets the child stay in charge and be involved but also the parent can be right there to help out when drowsiness is an issue. Our son loved the idea of ‘getting a little help’ and is very proud of his success. It took only a few weeks to see first results.
