Chummie premium has 8 loud alert ‘Selectable Tones’, so you can set the alarm to your favorite tone each night. The alarm features 2 volume levels designed both for regular and deep sleepers. With two visible bright lights and vibration, Chummie Premium is a parent favorite. This alarm is powered with a soft, flexible, hypoallergenic silicon sensor that detects the first drop of urine and does not cause skin rash.
No worries. Chummie Premium can be easily setup by a child fours year and above. Multiple functionalities are put into one easy to use button known as the 3-way switch which lets you change the features on the alarm. We recommend you go over the manual step by step with your child to them used to the alarm.
Batteries on the Chummie Premium Alarm should last through the life of the treatment. When the IntelliFlex sensor is disconnected during daytime storage, the batteries should last a year or longer. However in a rare case when the batteries are low, they can be replaced in no time at all. The Chummie Premium uses 2 AAA batteries.
Most definitely, the IntelliFlex Sensor on the Chummie Alarms is recommended to be cleaned after each use. Please ensure the sensor is dry, prior to reconnecting it to the alarm.
Each box consists of 60 Flexitapes. Additional Flexitapes can be purchased separately. You can contact us at (800)230-6775 if you prefer to order over the phone.
• Attach the sensor to the outside of your child’s undergarment. Ensure that sensor front (black face) touches the undergarment. Tape the sensor back (white face) with Flexitape.
• DO NOT tape the black surface of the sensor as shown below.
• If your child sweats at night, to avoid false alarms, tape the sensor and place between two pairs of undergarments. Sensor front must face your child. Run sensor cord underneath the shirt.
• To start monitoring for bedwetting events, insert the sensor plug into the sensor jack. The alarm unit will beep twice signaling a successful connection has been established.
The alarm is loud enough to wake up the child. Whether the alarm can be heard in the adjacent room, depends on many factors such as the size of the room, distance between both rooms and the location of your child’s bed.
Sure, the alarm works for children who sleep on their tummy, back or sideways. The way your child sleeps shouldn’t impact the treatment. If you have a specific question, please reach one of our bedwetting specialists.

Chummie is the best money I spent on bedwetting treatment. I have tried sending my son to a clinic and visited many doctors. Nothing has worked. Partially because both my husband and I were bedwetters in our childhood days, we passed it on to our two children. We put our older on on the chummie plan 3 months ago and almost immediately started seeing immediate progress. There was a period of no improvement in the middle and we contacted the company. They were responsive and said it is normal to have gradual progress. We liked the chummie and it is easy to maintain. We usually kept the sensor and alarm unit connected, but that seemed to drain batteries in the first month. Then after reading the user instructions, we figured that its best to disconnect them in the morning.

This is a good investment for my family. My son is no longer wetting the bed, thanks to this product. I really grew tired of waiting for him to outgrow his bedwetting issue and decided to get an alarm. What’s good about the product is that it works … really well and fast, it is loud and my son was able to install it and turn it off when he wet the bed.
What’s not to like – I wish it had more volume levels and a way to turn off the lights. I contacted the company and they said that the lights were necessary to alert a sleepy child when they woke up.
I got some extra accessories, but I couldn’t find the spare armband anywhere. That would have been something I would have liked to have.
Overall its compact and does its job. Son stopped wetting the bed in 9 weeks – he just turned 10.
I have recommended this to family and friends.

The chummie is very easy to use. My 6 year old daughter attaches the alarm to her pajama top and tapes the sensor outside her underwear. Each night when she wet, chummie went off and she would wake up, stop wetting the bed and finish in the bathroom. The alarm is loud even on the low setting and I almost always woke up, just to make sure that she was up.
I started noticing significant progress with my daughter within 3 weeks of wearing chummie. Within four weeks of wearing chummie, she started waking up at night before the alarm went off. I think chummie has trained her to recognize the urge to use the bathroom and wake up when they have that bladder full sensation. After about 9 weeks, my daughter was accident free. She has discontinued using the alarm. Chummie is a FANTASTIC product and has done wonders for my daughter’s confidence. She can can have stress-free sleepovers! THANK YOU!

Chummie is working for my son. He is waking up to the alarm at night. I have used alarms in the past on my other two boys and I know what to expect. It takes some time, but does the job. So far, so good. He has been having accidents only 2 times a week now compared to 7 times in the past. If things go on track, he should stop wetting in about 3 weeks.
