Place the Chummie bedwetting alarm unit on the bedside or someplace convenient where your child can hear the alarm and reach it to turn it off. Secure the IntelliFlex mat on the bed by placing 4 pins in the 4 corners. Place the bed sheet directly over the mat. Ensure that your child does not come in contact with the mat. The mat is very sensitive and sweat from the body can trigger the Chummie alarm.

Gently clean the IntelliFlex mat with a damp cotton cloth, then immediately pat dry with a towel or cloth – DO NOT USE SOAP OR LIQUID DETERGENT. DO NOT WASH THE PLUG (the end that goes into the alarm unit)
Some children sweat more than other children. This may cause the IntelliFlex mat to go off at night. To minimize false alarms, follow the step below.
• If Place the IntelliFlex mat in a pillowcase and secure the mat on the bed by placing 4 pins in the 4 corners .
• Place a bed sheet directly over the mat enclosed in the pillowcase.
• To start monitoring for bedwetting events, insert the mat plug into the Chummie alarm. The alarm unit will beep twice signaling a successful connection has been established.

For daytime storage, disconnect the IntelliFlex mat from the Chummie bedwetting alarm unit. The alarm unit beeps once and enters standby (power save) mode.
The Chummie Alarm and IntelliFlex mat are very sensitive and sweat from the body can trigger the alarm. Make sure that that skin does not come in contact with the mat. It is always recommended to first place the mat in a pillow case and then put it under a bedsheet.
Wipe the IntellIFlex mat with a damp cloth and then clean dry. Do NOT place under water or submerge in water.
It’s a good idea to use waterproof overlays. These will protect the mattress from urine stains. However, the mat should always be placed on top of the waterproof bedding. Never place the mat below the waterproof bedding or else the alarm will not detect any urine
For hygienic purposes, it is always recommended that you use a new mat for each mat child to be treated. The mat comes in contact with urine so it is advisable to use a separate mat for each child. Additional mats can be purchased here.

This product was purchased from my 14 year old son who did not want to have a sensor on his does body. It was great. Set up an extremely easy. I put the mat below his bed sheet and it started monitoring when he wet the bed. Is has takn a long time though. In about 5 months he stop wetting the bed.

I didn’t knew a product like this existed. My son has bed wetting problems, so I took him to doctors and psychologists and they recommended therapies and medications that didn’t. Fortunately this works, the frequency of bed wetting has decreased. Over time I hope that it helps my soon overcome his bed wetting problems.

We purchased the alarm and sensor system first. The problem was with the long cord. We were not convinced it was adequate for our son. We migrated to the alarm and mat system. The mat is convenient and more accurate because it picks up where the sensor misses. One classic example is when hes sleeping on his back.In this situation, the sensor will likely not detect any urine leak. The mat is a little more difficult to clean compared to the sensor which is just a wash and rinse solution. Overall a brilliantly designed product which delivered results.
We have been using it for 9 weeks and he is not wetting anymore. We stopped the therapy last week.
We have told our friends about the product and recommended it to family.

This is really excellent. My daughter did not stop wetting her bed until we used this. She was almost 8 when I got her this alarm, she stopped complete wetting in less than 3 months. Really excellent. It is an awesome product.

So far so good. Works like promised. Reasonable price. Has been using for my 10 year old son we were going for holidays and was very embarrenced as my son wets the bed at least once every night I ordered the alarm but was not sure if I will get it before I go but it reached at the right time. For us, it has been a lifesaver. Now my son had no wet nights from last 2 months.
