For hygienic reasons, it is always recommended to use a new sensor for each child to be treated. Sensors come in contact with urine and not cleaning them properly may cause issues. Spare sensors are available in the Accessory section.
When not in use, disconnect the alarm unit from the sensor and store them botn in a cool dry place. If using an armband, store the alarm unit in the armband. Disconnecting the sensor from the alarm unit ensures that the batteries will last longer.

This product is helping my son to wake up to go to the bathroom in the nights.
He is usually a very deep sleeper but since he started using the alarm, he either wakes up to the alarm or just before it starts ringing.

The results are int he right direction. There is progress being made. Just slow. We have using this alarm for 7 weeks and she has not yet stopped wetting the bed. She was nearly there till we had an other accident last night. We will continue to use the alarm till she is dry and update later.

My child would wake up wet about every other night, but with the help of this product, within 4 weeks the problem was gone. We had tried several other techniques and rewards systems before trying this product without success. It really does work. We did help out at night when the alarm would go off, as others have mentioned.

Smart has worked like magic. We were starting to give up on our son and had lost all hopes of him ever stop bed-wetting. But this is an incredible system. It’s worked well and worked fast. In just a few days, we are seeing. I wish it came with an extra clip so I didnt have to clean one int he middle of the night.
